Thank you for the Regency Walk-in bath. Firstly, I am impressed and appreciative of the ease with which your customer service representative and the office turned an enquiry about the tub into a sale and prompt delivery of the unit.
The greatest benefit the walk-in tub had was its great adaptability to fit my unique situation and desires to assist my handicapped wife (a severe stroke in 2001) with her bathing needs. I thank the designers who make adaptability such a great part of the tub.
My wife who remains semi-paralyzed on the left side can now easily enter the tub. The taps and shower are within easy reach, and the 18 inch high seat allows her to stand to exit the tub after her bath. Wonderful adaptability!! Thank you, and please know I would buy the unit all over again.” We were talked through every step on the way via Pay Pal

The best thing we like about the tub is Rita can take a bath now instead of showering all of the time. Rita has 2 knee replacements and can not get into our bathtub. She can soak and relax now. Great Bath!

As my husband and I are getting up in yrs – he’s 79 and I’m 76 – we have farmed all our life here in Somerset. He has had “both” knees replaced and also a stroke that still enables him to drive his truck. Our shower is in our basement and a very small tub up here. He used to come in and go downstairs – shower & change clothes – those days are gone.
He heard of these Regency walk-in baths and he wanted one. He had someone come & talk to us, but they were so expensive we gave up! Our daughter-in-law saw “your” add on the computer – I looked on the internet and found your baths were at a much better price!
We have it installed and are really enjoying it – my husband can just let the jets onto his feet & legs if he wants. It is such a relaxing bath and don’t have to worry about falling! We would recommend The Walk in Bath Trading Company to anyone.
